CANCELLATION POLICY: AT THE TIME OF YOUR RESERVATION A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE – NO EXCEPTIONS. THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR TRIP. CANCELLATIONS OCCURRING WITHIN 90 DAYS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE WILL BE SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF 50% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE AND COMPLETE LOSS OF DEPOSIT. CANCELLATIONS OCCURRING WITHIN 30 DAYS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE WILL FORFEIT THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR TRIP. ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS AND CLIENT TRIP ALTERATION REQUESTS MUST BE SENT VIA EMAIL. ALL REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALASKA FISH CATCHERS DISCRETION AND OF ALLOWING FOR CREDIT TOWARD A FUTURE TRIP. NO REFUNDS FOR LATE ARRIVALS, NON-APPEARANCES, EARLY DEPARTURES, MISSED TRIPS, OR CLIENT CHANGES TO ITINERARY AFTER THE TIME OF BOOKING.
Disclaimer of Liability: Alaska Fish Catcher reserves the right to make changes to itineraries if regulations change in a fishery, type of fishery based on runs, emergency orders by the Department of Fish and Game, for weather conditions, or for the safety of their clients. Safety is our top priority, however, outdoor activities in Alaska are not risk-free. We make every effort to ensure our client’s safety. However, we do not assume responsibility for injury to clients, personal belongings, or for time and expense incurred. Ocean trips are subject to cancellations due to weather conditions. Alaska Fish Catcher is not reliable for outside vendor fuel surcharges as that is out of our control. All charters are considered full day and last up to 8 hours. Please note when limits are reached charter duration may be shorter unless previous arrangements have been made. Excessive cleaning or damage fees will be charged accordingly if excessive wear is done by guests, or damage occurs to lodge & fishing property, or fish are processed at the lodge.
Upon making the deposit to Alaska Fish Catcher the depositor agrees to be bound by this cancellation policy.
